printing problems - apostrophes produce a b

I am printing from Word 2002 and when I have an apostrophe on a page it
prints as a the letter b. When looking at the document on the desktop it
apppears with the apostrophe's.

What font is the apostrophe in? Do you have WordPerfect on your
computer? You may have to delete out the apostrophe and re-type it.
Check your quote marks to see if they are @ and A's.

From your Tools menu, select Options. On the Compatibility tab, click
the down arrow and select Word 2002 from the list. (It probably says
Custom right now.)
