Printing problem

I have a Word 2000 document that is a letter, with a color JPEG file inserted
at the top of the page. Connected to another Windows XP system on my network
is an HP 2175 inkjet printer, connected by USB. If I print the letter from my
system to the HP 2175 printer, all I get is a blank page. If I transfer the
file to the other system, to which the HP 2175 is connected, it prints fine.
If I print the letter on my system to the HP LaserJet 1300 that is connected
by USB to my system, it prints fine (in black and white, of course).

Any ideas why I can't print from my system to the color printer on the other
system, or ideas of what I should try to debug this problem? Thanks!

Hi =?Utf-8?B?RGFu?=,

Best place to pursue this would be the word.printingfonts newsgroup. The experts
there will want to know whether you can print anything at all to the color
printer? IOW, is it just a problem with this document, or is it a general
problem?
