Printing Photos in Report

I am creating a personnel record with employee photos. In
the box where the photograph should appear, it simply
prints the .jpg file name, not the photo.

Can anyone help me?

where this is described in detail. It is best not to store the photo in your
database because it will bloat it. The method just adds the file path to
the photo and then loads it when you view the form or report.
