Printing PDF Attachments - Outlook 2003

My boss cannot print all of the pages of a PDF attachment. The only solution
that I could come up with is to print the attachment to microsoft doument
imaging and print a hard copy from there. Anyone have a solution?

Not an Outlook issue as pdf-files are opened with Adobe Acrobat or Reader
(or any other tool you might use for opening pdf-files) and not Outlook.
