Printing Outlook Data

I have added a user defined field to the outlook contacts. I want to be able
to print a form that just lists say: The contacts name, and this field. If
I click print I can print table style or memo style ... neither really work
.... if I click define styles, it lets me change fonts, etc. but not the
actual fields that are printed, and their placement.

How do I deal with this? I am assuming I need to define a form, and then
print it? But I am not sure.

I have clicked on Forms, Design a form, but it does not have an option to
Create a new one.

Thanks

Did you check the properties of the field - the option "Print" (I don't know
the correct english word) must be activated.

Search the forum and the MS - Homepage for the outlook-addin "XPrint" -
maybe it can help you.
