Printing out forms

My company has seval forms that were created using outlook 2003. The forms
work fine as long as the form stays on the screen. The problem is when I
print the form. The info that was on the form is on the print out, but it is
not in the same format that it was on the screen. Is there anyway to keep
the look of the form the same on the paper print out as it is on the screen?
