I cannot find out how to only print a selection of text in Outlook 2007. I
see in Word 2007 under the Print menu there is still the Page range box where
you can select the "Selection" button and only print text you have
highlighted. However, I cannot figure out how to do that in Outlook 2007 (or
in the new Internet Explorer), even though I've searched through the Help
menu, etc. Is this no longer possible to do in Outlook 2007? Thanks!

This has never been possible for Plain Text messages. If you reformat the
message to HTML you should be able to print selected text.

Thanks, Mary. Unfortunately even when I'm in an HTML I don't seem to be able
to print only a select (or highlighted) portion of text. Any other ideas?
Thanks!

outlook 2007 uses word's printing engine and cannot print selected text -
that was an IE feature. You can open HTML messages in a browser to print
using the browser print engine.
