Printing only one record

I have a command button for printing records. I only what to print one
record not all of them. Is there a way to set up the command button to do
this. Can it ask what record to print or something like that. If so how do I
do it. Thanks in advance.

Already responded to in another newsgroup. It is rarely necessary to post
the same issue to more than one newsgroup. If you post individual questions
to more than one 'group, answers in one 'group don't show up in the
others...
