Printing on 3X5 index cards

The index card prints ok, but the printer spits out another blank one in
addition to the printed one. Is there a way to stop the printer from rolling
out that second card? It's impossible to print more than one at a time.
 
No, I'm sure it's just one page. I wonder if the top and bottom margins
might have something to do with it.
