Printing of labels

Suddenly after 2 years and after the children using my laptop I type a letter
(Office word home edition XP ) highlight the address for the label select
envelopes and labels choose avery standard select label number then select
single label and say row 2 col 3 and each time it only prints on top row
row1 realise must be to do could this be a clash of set up and normal layout
but cannot see whats going wrong
