Printing of Attachments in the header

Lynne

I have Outlook 2003 and when I've printed out emails with
attachments the attachments do not appear on the printed
sheet. I can see From, Sent, To, Subject and Attachment
on screen but not when printed, I only get From, Sent, To,
and Subject. I use HTML and I have looked everywhere to
change this. Plain text and Rich just put the icon in the
body of the message and I don't want that. Does anyone
know a workaround for this?

Also how do you align the body of the message with the
header when printing? When I print an email the body of
the message is offset to the left of the header.

For the attachment icon when printing HTML messages you'll need an add-in;
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Print-On-Demand.asp?Source=RS

or a more advanced tool;
http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Auto-Print.asp?Source=RS

If you decide to order use "BH93RF24" to get a discount

AFAIK you can't change the indent of the header compared to the message body

I believe sperrysoftware.com has a utility that will print the attachment
names. Otherwise, you can't configure it.
