printing multiple areas on worksheet

Hi- I would like to create a print button that will combine three shif
schedules that I have on one worksheet. For example, I have on on
sheet called May, the shift schedule for three different shifts (A
7:30-15:30, SWING12:00-20:00, GRAVE15:00-23:00) that include
vacations, etc. It is a monthly schedule for all my employees. This i
not a problem in itself, but the schedules are set up to you can se
each shift individually. You need to scroll down to see the SWIN
shift, and scroll even further down to see the GRAVE shift. The colum
headers are the month's date from 1 to 31 (May) and the rows are th
employee's names. The data is which shift they are in.

What I would like to do is create a button that will print all thre
shifts as though it was one large shift schedule sorted by emplye
names and then shift.

So the AM shift people are on top of the list followed by the SWING an
then GRAVE. Is this possible?

I hope I made this dilemma clear. Please post back if you can help me
Thanks in advance too, by the way.

I'd do this against a copy of your worksheet (just in case):

First, add an extra column that indicates shift (AM/Swing/Grave) and populate it
for all your entries.

Now delete all but the one set of headers--combine all the data into one giant
table.

Sort to your hearts content and print the way you want.

In fact, I'd apply data|filter|autofilter to the giant range so that I could
filter to show the data I wanted to see. I might not have to do any sorts at
all--just filters.
