Printing multi Reports

My Final printout report is made up of 19 other reports in it. One of the
reports in my final printout report is called financials. This report
Financial is made up of 3 other reports called F1, F2 and F3 and the reason
is for my team to be able to compare three Annual financial reports of any
three given companies whereby F1 being the Main Company and F2, F3 being the
competitors.

F1, F2 and F3 share the same table, F1 determines which Annual year report
to be used for all three companies e.g. If we use 2006 annual year report
for F1 then the competitors F2 & F3 must as well use 2006 annual year
reports. In some cases we have situations like F1 having 2006 annual year
report but for the competitors F2 & F3 we are only provided with 2007 annual
year report therefore our Financial report will have three columns with
records:

F1 (2006) F2 (2007) F3 (2007)

Now Let us assume that for the main company above F1, we have been provided
with annual financial updates for 2007. I then create another report called
F1(b) that will always be a sort of a backup - update report for F1 and also
I do the same for F2 & F3.
Now we have three Backup-Update reports F1(b) for F1, F2(b) for F2 & F3(b)
for F3. Take note that F1(b), F2(b) & F3(b) are in a different table from F1,
F2 and F3 in order to avoid overwriting the original financial records.

MY QUESTION:

How can I be able to program my report to generate a final output with the
correct Financial records with the respect to the year Annual report taking
into consideration that if we have
F1(b) 2007 F2 (2007) F3(2007)
the old F1 records are not to be generated in our report but rather the new
ones. Assume same situation for F2 & F3 considering all Financial Printout
possibilities which are:
Main Comp1. Comp2.

1. F1 F2(b) F3(b)
2. F1 F2(b) F3
3. F1 F2 F3(b)
4. F1(b) F2 F3
5. F1(b) F2(b) F3
6. F1(b) F2 F3(b)
7. F1(b) F2(b) F3(b)

Hope the question is clear enough and I will appreciate any help
possible thanks.

Kind regards
Kabz
