Printing Margins in Access Report

I can't seem to change my margin allowances in some Access reports. Since our
IT Dept recently changed from Novell to Windows-based networking system, all
my printing is screwed up and adds extra pages. If made the changes in
design view, but they don't seem to want to stay asved.

This is a bug. Make sure Name AutoCorrect is turned off in Options. Go to
every copy you have and turn it off, and change the default margins in
options as well (reports).

After you made the correction to Options, did you reset the margins and save
the report?

Yes. We also use a network printer. Is it possible the printer's settings
are set by IT and I can't override?

If you are trying to exceed the limit of the printer's margins they will
change back as soon as you tab out of the margin setting in Page Setup. If
the settings you enter "take" and work for a while only to change later,
then something else is going on.

Thanks to everyone who responded. I guess I'll just have to adjust the my
reports to accomadte the printer's settings. It's just that it was never a
problem until the office switched over to this new Networking system.
