Printing mail merge list

I have a need to print my mail merge list. I have found a
complicated way that is not satisfactory. Does anyone
have an easy and simple solution? I woould like to have
the product resemble the chart that one can see on the
screen showing all catagories.

You need to ask in the newsgroup for whichever software application your
mail merge list is stored in.... Since you don't tell us, I can't point you
in the right direction.
