Printing leading zeros

I have a 4 digit number and when it is 0080, I want it to print 0080.
However, it only prints 80. How can I remedy this?

First, are they really numbers?

The number 0080 is the same as the number 80. The only difference is
the way they are formatted or presented.

However the text 0080 and the text 80 are not at all the same.

If you are never going to use that data in any kind of calculation, you
may want to consider making it text rather than a number. As long as it
stays a number you can use the method Allen suggested.

I am not saying they should be changed to text, but rather it is a
consideration. The difference is something that should always be kept in
mind when using any database.
