I am working in a medical office, when making new files I need to print of
new labels for the file. These files do not have consecutive Numbers (ID),
how would I have my label report continue to select the data from the table
from non-consecutive ID numbers?

I am a beginner with access!

Thanks in advance

Shayne,

On what basis do you need to identify the records to be included in the
labels printout? I'm guessing it should be the most recent record(s)?
If so, do you have a field in the table, for example RegistrationDate or
some such, that indicates the order in which data has been entered?
