printing keeps failing

i have just installed microsoft office home and student 2007 and i opened
some new templates in word, but the printing keeps failing is there anything
i can do
 
In what way does printing fail? Is there an error message?

Can you print from other applications?

Have you tried reinstalling or updating the printer driver?
 
yes the message just says printing failed, it does i with a couple of the
template that are on word 2007, how do i check the printer driver?
 
You can delete and reinstall the printer driver via Control Panel, in the
Printers and Faxes folder.
