Ok who invented this #@#$% program? I want names and addresses.

Mercy me! This is 2003 excel and the spreadsheet is supposed to sho
the debit's in red. Or that's what I thought. It shows the red on th
screen but prints up in yellow. Tried changing it but to no avail.
Also I want it printed up without the outside dark outline but *with
the inside grid lines. Is that possible? Could someone please help thi
new user? Thank you. :confused

Sounds like the colour cartridge on your printer needs replacing

Nope. Brand new. But thank you anyway. Anyone else with suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you have the correct printer driver installed - Is there perhaps an
update for it. Does that colour print correctly in other applications. Is it
just this file or what happens if you set a cells colour fill to red and then
print.

Just because the cartridge is new does not make it OK, so you need to check some
of the above out.

Ref the border, you either need to get rid of the border prior to printing, or
perhaps change the border to white using an event macro that is triggered by the
Before_Print event. It could then reset it to whatever colour it was prior to
the event.
