Printing in Word

We print everything doubled sided at my corporation. Many of the engeering
reports that I print provide direction to other groups on how to perform
their task or how to setup their equipment. In many instances I want a
particular page to be printed on it's own sheet of paper (not on the back of
a page and nothing on the back of this page). I know that I can do this with
page breaks and blank pages, but when creating the report this may cause
confusion (an approximated 100 engineers use this report template).

Is there a function that can be inserted before and after this page to
perform this function without the blank pages?

You can use odd page section breaks; however, these do create blank
pages.

Alternatively, you can use nested fields as explained at
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfms/InsEvnPgEndChap.htm.
