I am running Windows XP Professional and want to print in reverse on my HP
Deskjet 710c. My friend is running windows 98 with the same kind of printer
and has no problems printing in reverse. I think she ticks a box in (file,
print, properties). she has serveral tabs in properties but I only have two
(layout & paper/quality).

Can anyone please advise how I can print in reverse. Yes I can flip my text
in wordart, but that limits the fonts I can use. I am a strong scrapbooker
and want to make my own rub ons. Help me please.

Thanks MadDog, how do I do that. Do I need to buy something or do I just
download it, gee I must sound really stupid.

You must have posted this here by accident, as there was nothing in the
response that was offensive.

Hi MadDog

Sorry if I affended you in any way, it was not my intention. I meant I was
stupid because I didn't know how to update my printer drive.

I will try your link and let you know how I get on, thanks again.

I have just tried your link, and carried out the test which said I am using
the lastest driver. I searched but could not find an answer to my problem
their. The problem seems to be that I don't have a "features tab" in my
printer properties. I did have this until I updated to xp professional.

Uninstall everything regarding HP on your PC. Reboot.
Install the newer printer driver again. If you have a PSC
(printer/scanner/copier) version, you need to install the software for that
too.
