How do I set up a report so it will not print extra blank
pages?

Thanks for your help

Cathy,
Usually this is caused by the report width plus the width of the left and
right margins being greater than the paper width.

Either make the report less wide, or make the margins smaller.

Do you have no report footer/page header/page footer? In
that case, my experience with the extra blank page has been
that the "Detail" section of the report is too large. and
jumps over to the next page. You could either increase the
print margins of the report (report properties) or make the
detail section smaller.

See if that helps

Chris

Depends on what is causing the extra blank pages. Where are they printing...
between other pages, at the end of sections, or at the end of the report?

I am having the same problem. I have tried making my margins smaller and decreasing the width of the report so it is smaller than the page I want to print on. It does not work. Any suggestions
