Printing header and footers in the same place on every page

Is there a way to print a header and footer in the same place on a page for
every page?
 
Are you talking about the Page header and Page footer? They print in the
same place on every page.

If you are talking about a group header, then you can set that up to print
at the top of every page.

Try posting a bit more detail on what you want to do.
