This isn't an XP issue....you might post this to an OE newsgroup to get the
right eyes on it. If you're using OE6,
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress is the right one.
Or look at www.insideoe.com.

Internet Explorer Script Error occurs when Internet Explorer
experiences difficulties running a client-side script from a web
location.
These scripts may be in JScript, javascript, and/or VisualBasic.

In many cases, these errors are caused by something done by the web
developer who setup the script on the web page.
Try this:
* Open Internet Explorer
* Open the "Tools" menu
* Select Internet Options item
* Open the "Advanced" tab
* Check the box next to "Disable script debugging"
* Remove the check next to "Display a notification about every
script error"
* Click the "OK" button

Sometimes, however, the error is something which you can change or
repair on your computer. These issues include:
* Java Applets, Active scripting , ActiveX controls being blocked.
This blocking can be due to the configuration of Internet Explorer, an
anti-virus programs, a network firewall setting or a PC firewall.
* Your anti-virus software is set to scan your Temporary Internet
Files folders. or Downloaded Program Files (make it stop)
* Internet-related folders on your computer are corrupt.
* Your video drivers are corrupted or outdated.
* The associated scripting engine on your computer is outdated and/
or corrupt.
* DirectX is outdated or corrupt on your machine.
