printing from internet

i cannot print from IE
Message comes up "script error"
"Access id denied"

please help

can you help me? I have I think ,the same problem as Alan Edwards, I cannot print from Internet. My message that comes up is
aN ERROR HAS OCCURRED ON THE SCRIPT WITH THIS PAGE

LINE. 93
CHAR. 1
ERROR. ACCESS DENIED
CODE. 0
URL. res//C\windows\System32\shdoclc.d11/preview.dlg
Heres hoping you have a fix!!
