Printing from envelope mail merge only the first record prints

Have windowsNT and used woor 2000 to create a mail merge for envelopes.
Selected print and only the first record printed. Tried a second printed
with same result

Have you actually executed the merge to the printer? It sounds like you are
just using File>Print when a preview of the result of the merge is active.

You have not completed the merge. You must merge to the printer or to a new
