printing from a Win2K PC to a WinNT 4.0 PC printer.... how??

Help??
I have mapped the printer (at an NT workstation) to a
Win2K domain/workstation via IP....but when I send a print
job......it cant connect?? The printer is shared.....what
else must I do??
