I need to send the contents of a folder in my Inbox. Is there a way that I
can PDF the items in the folder? If so, how, and if not, is there a way that
I can access the items and send them to another person (they do not have
Outlook).

In the past, I have opened and printed each message, and then scanned and
saved them as a PDF. This was quite long, and I am hoping that there is an
eaasier way. I have Outlook 2007, and Abode Pro 8.

Many thanks in advance.

For starters, you can print directly to a PDF file. Adobe installs a printer
driver that acts just like a printer. You might be able to highlight all of the
messages in the Inbox at once and then print. I haven't tried it, though.

You should have a PDF printer then which directly generates pdf-files. Check
Adobe for other options they offer for integrating with Outlook/Office
products.
