Printing Excel

Give us an example of what you type, how it shows and how Excel prints it
differently.

Ms. Kathy,
Excel in most cases is not going to print like you see it on the screen
you are going to have to tell it how to print the document. Can you be a
little more specific as to how it prints now and how you would like it to
print. You can format the way the document prints by going to file page
setup. If you give more specific information someone can help you with
getting what you are looking for.
 
Be more specific. Excel has nothing to do with your printer.

This does not really explain what it is that is happening and what was
different. Try using print preview beforehand.

Hi Granny Kathy! Go to file page setup and click on the sheet tab to see how
your page is setup! Let me know if this helps!!!
