Printing Envelopes

I am using a new Dell w/XP, Epson C60 printer, and Corel
Word Perfect Office 11. When I try to print an envelope,
the preview, and the result, is vertical printing. With
this printer, I cannot load the paper on end, and even if
I could, I still couldn't set the correct address
positions. I loaded WP10, that I had in my old computer
with W98, and get the same results. It worked great with
W98. All other printing is working fine. Dell blames
Epson, Epson blames Corel, and Corel blames Dell & XP.
Can't get any help and I've only had this computer for 3
weeks. Seems that XP just doesn't like this printer.
[Portrait/landscape setting makes no difference].
I'm not very computer literate, so if you can, please try
to explain in simple terms.
My deepest gratitude for any help.

P.S. What is the procedure for continuing a conversation
in the same thread?

To continue a thread, select the message you wish to respond to, and choose
"Reply Group", or "Followup".

You really should consider using a newsreader other than the Microsoft Web
Interface, as it is the worst way possible to access newsgroups. You have
Outlook Express. Set it up to view newsgroups.
