Excuse my ignorance. How do you highlight different
lines throughout an Excel file and print them all?
Thanks

Can you apply data|filter|autofilter to your range, then filter on a certain
column to show just what you want. Then print the visible rows?

(Or you could hide the rows you don't want (right click on each row and select
hide).)

(or delete the rows you don't want, print the remainder and close your workbook
WITHOUT SAVING!)
