Printing Data Access pages

I have a DAP that has a capation at the top of the page. It prints on a
separate page. I have tried every property I can think of to get it to print
on the same page as the data. It does not work. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. Is is perhaps sosemthing stuck in the script.

Hi Kay,

Welcome to use MSDN Managed Newsgroup!

From your descriptions, I understood you would like to print the Caption in
the same page with your data for DAP but it will be separate in the first
page. If I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to point it
out.

Yes, this seems to be a strange issue and I cannot reproduce it on my side.
Would you please have a try to see whether it would reproduce by steps below

1. Connect to Northwind database
2. Drag Regions as Tabular into the page
3. Input "Regions" at the Top of Page
4. Print

Michael,

I am so sorry, it has taken me so long to get back to you. I did as you
suggested and the Northwind example works fine. But, I did notice that
Microsoft placed it's captions in the header and only once did they use a
"caption" and that was in a form that had multiple groups on it, therefore
each group had a caption.

What I did was to move all of my fields down and place my caption (Title) at
the top of the page. We did not want to have more than one page since this
doc is printed and sent with the shipment.

Thanks for all of your help and Happy New Year

Hi Kay,

You are welcome! Happy New Year!

Is it possible for you to generate a sample access application, with which
I could reproduce it on my side? More detailed information, I believe, will
make us closer to the resolution.

You could attach the file here or send email to me directly. My email
address is (e-mail address removed) (make sure you have removed ONLINE
before you click SEND), I will keep secure. NOTE that *.mdb will be
automatically filtered by our mail server, please remove the extension and
I will add it myself.

Thank you Michael,

I suspsected that it might be something more than what the designer or I had
done.

I am familiar with placing an incident and will pass that info alone.
Thanks for your time.
