Printing contacts on envelope

Hi,

Is there a function in Outlook/Office pagage were you can chose to print out
only the address for a contact from your GAL directly to a printer loaded
with envelopes?
My customer whant to send out information letters on paper to there customers.

You are using the terms GAL and Contacts as if they are the same. They are
not.

You can merge to Contacts. Select the Contacts you want to merge to, then
Tools | Mailmerge and select what you want to merge to (for example to
email). Follow the steps on the screens that open from there.

You will find that there are many postings on these newsgroups about
mailmerging. Have a look for more information.
