Printing Calendars in Outlook - Formatting Headings, etc.

I have just installed Outlook 2007 (via Office 2007). When I print
calendars the month and year are printed twice in the top of the page.
This then forces the days to be compressed in size and those days with
multiple events or appointments don't have them all displayed.

I cannot find the settings to stop this from occuring. I lookked under
Print/Preview, etc. but no header/footer options are available.

Thanks

Are you using a second calendar index? Tools, options, calendar options,
enable alternate calendar.

Yes, that was it. Thanks.

Now, just gotta figure out how to have the calendar appearance formatted
so that all appts in each day are shown if there is more than two of them.
And to make Sat/Sun appear as separate days in the printed calendar.
