Printing booklets

I am trying to print a 20 page bookletie. 5 sheets of A4 landscape making a
20 page A5 booklet. I printed to outer cover in one colour and then wanted to
print the remaining inner pages. Having tried numerous combinations of
numbers in the Page Range box I have had no success what-so-ever (apart from
destroying another rain forset). Has anyone any ideas?

One of the greatest drawbacks of Word's "Book fold" feature is its inability
to print selected pages correctly. For a booklet of this size, I think I
would just suck it up and print the entire thing, then substitute the
colored cover for the plain one.
