Printing banners on a HP Deskjet 722C

I have a user that prints banners from Photo Shop. The
problem is that she has just gotten an W2K computer and
she can't do it any more. There is no option in the print
preferences to say to user banner paper. Actually the
Setup tab is not available and the setup tab has a check
box on it for banners. I have tried other Windows versions
of the driver and they will not install.

I've checked on the HP website for a driver and it says
that the most current driver is supplied with Windows
2000.

Does any one have an idea of how I canget this to work
