Printing Appendix's

I have a client with a word document that has three appedix's. The main
document is 15 pages long, the first appendix is 6 pages, the second & third
appendix's are 2 pages long. If the client prints the whole document it
works fine. If the client prints a range of pages up to the 15th page it
works fine. If he tries to print a range after the 15th page, nothing
happens, it just won't print and gives no error messages.

How do you print a range of pages in an appendix and how do you tell it
which appendix to print the range from?

If a document contains more than one section, you must include the section
