printing and mail merge

I'm trying to print some 200+ documents of which i can probably fit 4 of on each letter size page but I can't seem to figure out how to print multiple DIFFERENT records on the same page (i.e. get 200 records down to 50 pages).
 
You don't say what version of Word you have, but if you have Word 2000 or
earlier, you need a "Catalog" merge; in Word 2002 and above, you need a
"Directory" merge.
