I can print from email and email attachments under my user, but under my
husband's user, he cannot print an email or attachments--it throws up a
window that asks Save the file as: and then asks for file name. Anybody have
any ideas why there is no problem under my user but this is happening under
his? Thanks!!

Sounds like his default printer is set to print to the "FILE:" port. Login
as him, open Printers and Faxes, right click the printer, select
"Properties" and go to the "Ports" tab. Make sure the "FILE:" port is
UNchecked and that the correct port (LPT1:, USB, etc) is checked.

Thanks. I did what you said and it is checked next to LPT1, not the FILE
port. Any other guesses? I appreciate your help.
