I have created numerous address lists on spreadsheets. Is it possible to
construct these lists in a way to send to a printer and it just labels the
envelopes and such?

I do this all the time... I use mail merge in Word and use my exce
sheet as the database. I have found it to be the best way to get
whole bunch of different envelopes/letters out quickly

hi,
yes it is but it might be a big hassel. you have to arange
the adress in the shape of the label ie
name
address
city ect
in pagesetup>page you can select from several envelope
types
in pagesetup>margins (at the bottom) check center on page
vertically and horozonally.
then just set the print area for the address you want.
click print to envelope printer

i'm getting only one label per page. pls. tell me how to get more labels in
one page

Yes, I developed a spreadsheet that prints address labels directly from a data base on to 2X4 Avery labels. It prints up to 15,000 addresses at a time, in batches of up to 250 labels. This is NOT Mail merge. It is done entirely within Excel. Email for details if you wish.
