printing access reports

I am trying to print a report with a single record per
page ( to print envelopes).

I am getting 1 record on the first page and then a blank
page.

Does anyone know what parameter controls this feature?

Usually with the problem you are experiencing, it is because the width of
the report in design mode, exceeds the print are you have specified based on
the margins for the report. Either decrease the width or the margins (the
latter if your printer supports smaller margins using File -> Page set up.)
