Printing a template

I am having problems printing a completed template. The fill-in fields
within the template have been completed, but when I click on the print icon
or file/print it seems to 'push' all the contents of each line to the first
character of each row - both on the screen on output to printer.
The end effect is multiple over-printed characters on each row.
This does not occur each time, but only appears to occur from completed
templates - documents saved appear to be OK.
Has anyone seen this before?
ps. I am using Word 2003.
 
This happed to me as well. The work around I used was to set up
everything in tables and then just blank out the lines of the Table.
This way the form fields are forced to stay in a certain cell.

Try changing to another printer and back.
