printing a monthly calendar with Outlook

When I print my Outlook 2002 calendar in the monthly view
as a .PDF, I get two miniature calendars in the upper
right corner the way many calendars do displaying the
dates of the month before and the month after. However,
where the previous month miniature should be I get the
current month. So I have a large calendar of "October"
with all the appointments and miniatures of October and
November. I couldn't find any fixes in the Outlook menu
options and nothing on the Microsoft Knowledge base.

Can anyone help me with this?
