Printing a 2 page embeded word document

I am trying to set up a spread sheet that includes a new Microsoft wor
document. I have done this via, Insert- object-create new- Microsof
word document.
This is where the trouble starts
All is fine until the word document is bigger than one page long. I ca
only print the sheet showing the first page of the embedded document.
Is there any way of printing all the pages of the embedded document?
Are there any page set-up options for the embedded document?
I am using office 2003
Thanks in advance
Kevi

If you double click on the embedded word document, can't you print from there?

I usually link to the document. Then when I double click on it, the document
opens in an MSWord window.

Is that possible for you?

(Same thing happens if I display as an icon.)

Or if I select the embedded document,
then Edit|Document object|Open

It'll open in MSWord.

And I can print from there.

I was trying to keep things as simple as possible for the people wh
will be using the spread sheet. The person who writes the quotes ha
allways used MS Word. When i saw the option for embedding a new wor
document i thorght all my problems were solved, spread sheet fo
calculations(sheet 1) word doc for the quote (sheet 2) hours worked o
a job etc (sheet 3) invoice (sheet 4)
this all works ok as i say appart from printing the word doc that i
bigger than 1 page long
i have attached a copy for you all to look a

I connect directly to the MSServers and access the newsgroups that way--I don't
see your attachment.

Maybe you can split the word document into two pieces--page 1 and page 2. Then
embed both documents into excel.
