Printing 2007 Documents with Tracked Changes

I would like for 2007 documents that are printed on printers other than my
own to display my tracked changes.

A 2003 user was not able to print, but possibly was able to view my changes.

A 2007 user's printout differed from mine.

How can this be remedied?

Thank you.
 
The easiest way to make sure that the document looks the same to everyone is
to create a PDF.
