It can be accomplished very easily if you have the right printer and driver.
I'm on a LAN, with access to 5 differet printers, where two of the printers
are able to print up to 16 pages on one sheet of paper by simply clicking an
option in:
<Print> <Properties> <Finishing> tab,
And click in the "PagesPerSheet" box.
The other three printers don't even display the same windows when you click
on their Properties button.
Try your's, maybe you'll be lucky and have one of these types of printers.
If you don't, there's a work around using the "CopyPicture" and
"PastePicture" options in Edit.
First, select all the cells that you wish to "add" to your first page.
Then, *<Shift>* and <Edit>,
This will give you an alternate drop down menu, different from the regular
"Edit" menu.
On this menu are the "picture" choices.
Click on "CopyPicture".
Now, navigate to where you would like this added data to be pasted.
Again, *<Shift>* and <Edit>,
And choose "PastePicture".
The main thing to watch out for in this procedure is that the format of the
columns and rows is not copied, so that different widths and heights can
present some display problems, so a little planning ahead may be called for.
