Printig To lpt Is slow

My printer is Hp 1220 When I am trying to print the
printig prosess is slow some times only
 
try updating your print driver to a PCL6 driver for your
model of HP Printer. You may also be using an old printer
cable. Try to make sure the printer cable is bi-
directional and less than 6' in length.
