Printers through Terminal Services

My office has a Windows 2000 Server that external users
connect through Terminal Services/Remote Desktop. We
have a user in a remote office who is running Win XP and
is having problems recognizing her own local printer (HP
Officejet 7130 All-in-One) through her Terminal Services
session. We've loaded all the related software from the
HP site and nothing seems to work.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Thanks for any help.

W2k TS doesn't work properly with almost all the home-oriented printers and
multi-function machines. Microsoft recommends for W2k TS the printers with
original W2k drivers (like matrix pinters and bunch of HP LaserJets).
