Printer Spooler Problem

Ok im tring to restart the printer spooler, as it had stopped for some reason, im logged in as the administrator and when i go to start the spooler it gets so far then gives the message: ERROR 12 THE ACCESS CODE IS INVALID. Anyone got a solution?

Thanks for any help.
 
No it was a lexmark, ive solved the printer spooler problem, but no my new lexmark printer isnt installing.
 
Ok i still need help if ay one is offering, now i have the printer installed but when i send a document to print it just stays pending on the print que, any ideas what the problem is?
