Printer Settings change or report on Indentical machines

I am running Access 2003 on 6 diferent machines. I run indentical copies of
the Front end on each machine. When I make changes tot he Front End I copy
the front end on to each machine. I have some reports that are saved to use
a Specific Network Printer. This Network Printer is insatlled on each of
the machines and is setup Identically for driver, paper size, trays etc..
The Specific Printer settings do not carryover the same to each machine.
Some do and some don't. One even changes the paper size to A4.

Is there some default printer setting in Office or Access that I can't find
that is making this change?

Yes, this is likely to happen if there is any marginal difference between
the printer drivers.

An alternative might be to set the Printer object in Access before you
OpenReport. It is possible to use a custom property for the report, so it
remembers which printer to go to. There's an example of how to set that up
in this article:

Hopefully you can adapt the sample to do exactly what you need.
